Book Review: Every day

Since I finished reading John Green books lately, I have been downloading e-books and buying books from David Levithan now! David's kind of writing is complicated, for me, meaning, he uses unusual words and hard/complex ones. He writes deep and has been making good characters (different characters, not like Green who uses a boy ((always shy)) and a different plot not the type of story where this boy-is-the-main-character-and-then-meets-a-girl-and-live-happy). Levithan makes a good ending! And I hate him for making a good one at Every Day. The story which revolved around A, he changes into a new man every single day since his birth. His life changed when he met Rhiannon, then every day, he would meet Rhiannon in a different persona. The story ended with, him leaving Rhiannon to man so much like him and he traveled to look for the others like his. It's my favorite book now, since The Fault in our Stars. Goddam ending. It made me scream. Literally screamed.

Here are some of the quotes from the book that I really loved (not really quotes since there are some paragraphs that I really really liked):

"This is what love does: It makes you want to rewrite the world. It makes you want to choose the characters, build the scenery, guide the plot. The person you love sits across from you, and you want to do everything in your power to make it possible, endlessly possible. And when it's just the two of you, alone in a room, you can pretend that this is how it is, this is how it will be."

"I have to remind myself that normal people feel this way too: The desire to take a moment and make it last forever. The desire to stay like this for much longer than it will really last."

A to Rhiannon: "We're going to get through this. Every relationship has a hard part at the beginning. This is our hard part. It's not like a puzzle piece where there's an instant fit. With relationships, you have to shape the pieces on each end and before they go perfectly together"

"She is my first and only love. Most people know that their first love will not be their only love. But for me, she is both. This will be the only chance I give myself. This will never happen again."

"When you live as I do, you cannot indulge in jealousy. If you do, it will rip you apart." (Now this is what you call a quote Nico! haha)

Au Revoir!
